I offer psychotherapy to 18+. I use a multitude of techniques that integrate your spirituality, CBT, DBT, brainspotting, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, ASD, grief related to infertility, and trauma.
Training and Certifications:
Training in EMDR through EMDRIA, Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) through Evergreen Certification.
