I work with adolescents, adults, and couples from various backgrounds and experiencing various problems.
I use a culturally sensitive, person-in-environment approach as everyone’s experiences and backgrounds are different. We will work as a team to address issues and concerns and identify effective strategies to establish homeostasis in your life. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Humanistic, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches.
