I have 23 years of experience working with young people in inpatient & outpatient work, homes, schools, & in the community. I have a passion for working with teenagers, college students, & young professionals who struggle with issues such as: identity, anxiety, depression, focus, energy, motivation, confidence, organizational skills, & overall health goals.
I value providing a focused, yet light-hearted space for young people to identify and process their thoughts and feelings. I find great joy in supporting them in their growth!
