Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and have been practicing for 15+ years. I help adults struggling with stress and burnout, anxiety, depression and self esteem issues become the best versions of themselves.
