Teenage Girl Support Group (12 Weeks on Zoom)
Being a teen can be full of first experiences and confusion. I offer a support group limited to less than 10 teens to be a safe haven for teen girls to practice their social skills, learn adaptive coping strategies, and verbalize their feelings. As an EMDR Trained Therapist I will utilize some interventions to help decrease anxiety and traumatic symptoms in the body. We look forward to working with your teen.

Healing and Support Group in Person
This is a support group that will focus on helping people with reconnecting with who they are meant to be. We will help group members heal together. We will use EMDR to deal with some of the maladaptive beliefs and anxieties that we might have around changes in our lives.
