Hi there! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. I use evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy, and a supportive, person-centered approach to help you feel seen and empowered. I also incorporate mindfulness and trauma informed care.
