Specializing in couples therapy, I use my advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen connections and heal from relational pain. I am especially passionate about helping clients through divorce adjustment, remarriage and stepfamilies.
With a trauma-informed approach, I understand the emotional, social and physical impact of trauma in life experiences and relationships. I an EMDR-trained to facilitate healing from adverse experiences in a safe, compassionate environment. The EFT Clinic has been the recipient of "Best of Salt Lake" Marriage and Family Therapy award for 4 consecutive years.
