I enjoy finding ways to help my clients learn to support themselves and heal issues that have impacted their ability to feel happy and grounded. Teaching clients to find their own inner strength enables them to cope with many issues that have prevented them from growing and realizing their full potential. Depression, anxiety, alcoholism/drug addiction, and post traumatic stress disorder are just a few of the issues that can be managed, allowing clients to feel unburdened and free to live their lives.
I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families. I work with individuals who present with a variety of symptoms such as depression, anger, and anxiety. I have worked with couples and families faced with addiction issues and unhealthy communication patterns; teaching them boundaries and good communication techniques.
I have worked with clients who identify as lesbian, gay and bi-sexual to help them to feel comfortable at home and work with their identity and to develop self esteem. I see clients in the evenings as well as during the day on Saturday (and Sunday as needed).
