Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana. Although I have been employed in a variety of social work positions over the years, doing clinical work with individuals, couples, and families has always been my passion. I believe strongly that we have the power to illuminate and strengthen our own lives when we nurture ourselves and allow others to nurture us. My own goals for you, as a client, are to empower, educate, and maintain the highest therapeutic standard of care, and above all, to instill a sense of hopefulness within you no matter the circumstances.
In my practice I have many tools to share designed to help you feel empowered, safe, confident, and cared for. The choices that enable you to reach your goals include elements of CBT, trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, client-focused therapy, art therapy, play therapy, behavior-focused therapy, and several other modalities.
