I strive to create an environment of safety, allowing individuals to explore difficult issues by shining light on the situation and helping each person connect with their truth.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Masters of Counseling degree and am experienced using a variety of therapeutic modalities. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Sensorimotor Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with mental health issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and addiction. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, including abuse and infidelity. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate and work with families dealing with the effects of pornography.
