I primarily work with adults (18+) who are navigating the lasting effects of trauma — particularly religious trauma, sexual abuse, complex family dynamics, and PTSD. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about who they are outside of harmful systems or relationships. They’re looking for a safe, supportive space to process their experiences, rebuild trust in themselves, and begin reclaiming a sense of identity and agency.
Compassion and curiosity are at the heart of my approach. I use a person-centered, trauma-informed framework, which means I meet you where you are — with no judgment and full respect for your story. I tailor care to the individual, honoring each client’s values, goals, and pace. Brainspotting, parts work, and sand tray are also modalities I incorporate.
