I tend to be intuitive, supportive, flexible, challenging, creative and practical. I wonder, "How are you with yourself right now?" How can we now be with "what is" in a way that helpful? Big questions, good explorations. I have both creative and traditional methods to help you access hidden, healing aspects of yourself. I am willing and able to explore rough, soft, and complex terrain with you. I feel that all life is sacred and that we are here to help each other. I believe that when we are isolated from others and from ourselves, we are in trouble. Groups, individuals, and couples. I also train others in group work.
Change is a co-creative process. I will be there, but you are the one who will be doing the work. I can help you to make friends with your stuck places, so that they can transform willingly, from the inside out. I know that with practice and persistence small steps of change happen naturally. I believe in the power and connection of co creative group work
I believe in the power and effectiveness of awareness and healing relationships. Everything that happens inside and outside of our bodies is being circulated and can be reprocessed. Are you open to feedback? How internally aware are you? Can you allow yourself breathing space? I encourage curiosity and care for yourself, and that is often a tricky task.
