My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients move forward with greater clarity, confidence, self-compassion, and emotional freedom.
I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy and use EMDR to help clients process experiences that continue to impact their emotional well-being, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we work to identify patterns and beliefs that may have developed through painful or overwhelming experiences and create space for healing, resilience, and lasting change.
