My ideal client is the teen or adult that has had significant distress from emotional trauma, anxiety, mood and attentional disorders. Most clients have previously tried many types of therapies, including drug therapies, but continue to struggle. By addressing brain function with neurofeedback in addition to therapy, I have had over 90% success helping my clients to overcome or manage their emotional/mental health challenges.
For more than 20 years I have specialized in addressing anxiety, depression, early trauma and other mental health challenges by using neurofeedback (EEG Biofeedback) and psychotherapy. In the past 5 years I have also added light therapy (Photobiomodulation) which can be used at home.
I have been a pioneer in providing a comprehensive neurofeedback/neurotherapy practice, ie. brain training, which is complimented by psychotherapy. The neurotherapy includes LENS, photobiomodulation and traditional neurofeedback methods. Psychotherapy modalities are EMDR, EFT, visualization, attachment therapy and meditation.
