At times we can find ourselves stuck, overwhelmed and consumed by unwanted thoughts and behaviors. With over 9 years of experience, I can help you to explore and evolve your thoughts, in turn changing maladaptive behaviors- helping you live a life worth living. I work with children, teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, suicide ideation/self harm, and disordered eating.

I primarily use dialectical and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in my approach with my clients. I help you to understand your behaviors and thoughts while giving you the tools to overcome them.

Doing your research is the first step. The next step is to make the phone call, which I encourage you to do. Your first appointment will be scheduled quickly, likely during that week- as your concerns are extremely important and should not have to wait.
