Real transformation often requires deeper work that addresses the roots of your challenges. I specialize in approaches that foster real and lasting change by working with both the mind and body. I’m a trauma-informed therapist and make it a priority to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
I have a subspecialty in supporting neurodivergent individuals. I understand the unique challenges that can come with living in a world not built for neurodivergent minds—including the chronic overwhelm of burnout, the toll of masking in autism or PDA profiles, and the pain of being misunderstood.
I work collaboratively to honor each person’s nervous system, needs, and boundaries. It can be hard to trust someone with our most tender parts. I believe that while we cannot undo the events of the past, we can undo the aloneness of trauma. I consider it an honor to be part of my clients’ healing journeys, for however long they are with me.
