I am passionate about facilitating wellbeing. My hope is to help you live free, free to discover and reach your potential. I work from Gestalt theory, which is a holistic, integrative perspective that considers mind, body, spirit, and your environment. Additionally, I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. SE is a comprehensive, body-centered & naturalistic method of healing trauma. Through traditional talk therapy and creative, experiential, body-centered methods, I will help you build awareness of your unique adaptations to your environment to allow a natural shift to healthier and more fulfilling responses to life.
Depending on your needs, I may also integrate Integral Somatic Psychology, Somatic Resilience and Regulation, Inner Relationship Focusing, or Relational Body and Somatic Education. Together we will work toward your wellbeing, whether calming anxiety, lifting depression, transforming impeding habits, healing trauma, or creating fulfillment.
