I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania with over 15 years of experience providing therapeutic care to adult clients seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma, difficult life transitions, and many other areas of difficulty. I establish a warm and caring relationship with each person to assist in building on their strengths and work with them to meet their goals.
I completed my Master's degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA. I utilize strengths-based (SBT), cognitive behavioral (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy, all while maintaining the flexibility and awareness necessary to meet the needs of each individual.
My personal goal is to help clients live the meaningful life that they value and desire. I know that clients are an essential part of the treatment team and take pride in ensuring that everyone is given adequate education and resources needed to make sound decisions in their care.
