In working with couples, I view the relationship as my client. I specialize in online couples therapy for partners at all stages—whether you are seeking premarital counseling, navigating cultural, racial, or spiritual differences, or facing serious relationship challenges & feeling unsure about what comes next.

I help couples fulfill the hopes they have for their relationship. Many of the couples I work with are uncertain about their relationship & search for clarity & understanding. Some are coping with a breakup or are rebuilding after a rupture & need to redefine the relationship—or possibly move toward separation or divorce.

Whatever the therapy goal is, together we stand up to problems affecting the relationship and build a more connected and meaningful life. In my practice clients feel understood and are able to make decisions aligned with their values.
