As a provider who specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and perinatal mental health, I work with people ages 16 and up who are seeking help navigating these challenges. I am an LCMHC in NC with over 16 years of experience. I specialize in working with symptoms of anxiety and related disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, life changes, and women’s health including postpartum and perinatal mood disorders. I utilize a variety of approaches in my work, including cognitive behavioral therapy.
