My specialities include CBT, mind-body connection, infertility, self-harming behaviors (such as substance abuse, compulsive behaviors, cutting), coping with loss, abuse/trauma, chronic physical/mental illness, and transitional issues (parenting, marriage, divorce, moving, new job). I have worked extensively in outpatient clinic settings, schools, and hospitals on an individual, family, and group work basis.
