I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking help with navigating life transitions. Sometimes, life gets very stressful and I believe it is helpful to have additional support during these times. My experience growing up in Eastern Europe has been instrumental in how I like to approach counseling from a multicultural viewpoint. I can provide therapy in Romanian and Spanish as well.
I have been trained in systemic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches, and they have all been instrumental to my clinical practice; however, I also believe that each person is unique, and my goal is to develop an approach tailored to your situation.
