I specialize in anxiety, communication, sexual intimacy, interracial relationships, life transitions, intentional separation, and discernment counseling. I'll meet you where you are and cheer you on the whole way!
You get to design the life and relationships that work for you. Together, we'll create space for honesty and vulnerability, with yourself and your partner(s), so your choices can reflect what matters most to you. I draw from EFT, IFS, narrative, and ACT therapies, and I adapt everything to fit you. There's no one-size-fits-all here.
