I offer professional counseling services from a Christian perspective. I work with adults 18+ years of age, and enjoy the collaborative process of working together. This work includes developing a trusting relationship, exploring interests and concerns, and identifying goals and strategies for these areas. The work of counseling can be deeply meaningful, healing, and liberating as we invest together in the process.
My work involves identifying and working through causes and factors related to stress, anxiety, OCD, and/or depression. Focus areas include stage of life adjustments, communication/conflict challenges in relationships, sexual concerns, family dynamics, job challenges, health issues, and grief.
