I provide therapy to adults and adolescents and I have experience in health care and clinical social work. I also completed a certificate in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to treat trauma and PTSD symptoms. I endeavor to help you feel understood and valued in a safe, authentic and restorative therapeutic relationship.
