About
Do you sometimes feel alone in the world? Do you sometimes wonder "is this all there is?" Do you often wonder if everyone else has some sort of secret knowledge, that if only you had, would make your life better? Many of us feel these things at one time or another in our lives and sometimes we get "stuck" and feel unable to move forward. I will walk with you and help you understand where these issues come from and what you can do to feel better.
I use emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) with individuals, couples and families to create stronger bonds between family members.I integrate hypnotherapy as appropriate to help a client reach underlying subconscious beliefs that are affecting his or her life in order to create changes. I have worked with Latino populations and am fluent in Spanish.
My "first" career was as a CPA and I know how often couples fight over money issues. I bring my many years of experience in working in the business world into the room with couples and we talk about the real issues underlying the financial concerns.
