I use evidence based, strength based therapies in individualized,collaborative,respectful ways to help each client, couple, and family develop preferred relationships with their symptoms, themselves and the world in which they live. Behavioral and physical conditions cause, contribute to and co-exist with each other. They are interrelated. I have experience working with clients who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Impulse Control Disorders, Hoarding, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Trichotillomania, Skin Picking, ADHD, Eating Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Chronic Relapse,Trauma, co- occuring conditions, chronic illness and pain, relationship, communication, parenting and family issues, life transitions, grief, work and role related stress.

I use MIndfulnss Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Exposure Response Prevention and Habit Replacement Therapy.
Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps clients become aware of themselves and to live more in accordance with their values in the presence of uncertainty. Exposure Response Prevention enables new learning, new responses to stress, new thoughts and new stories clients have about themselves and the world.
