My practice is very client centered and relationship focused. I sit with people who are experiencing everyday life struggles such as relationship difficulties, grief and loss, support in exploring and making important lifestyle changes. I also work with those who might be experiencing struggles with anxiety, depression, or other mood dysregulation.
I am a licensed Psychotherapist with a M.Ed. in Professional Counseling from The University of Georgia and have been in practice since 2015. Holistic Harbor Psychotherapy and Wellness is the name of my practice, which is located in Atlanta, Georgia, near Northlake Mall.
