About
Painful and stressful experiences can leave us feeling hopeless and helpless or so anxious we are unable to sleep restfully or concentrate effectively. Relationship difficulties can leave us lonely and fearful. If you are looking for relief of immediate stress or seeking longer term satisfaction, you may wish to work together with me toward greater hope and peace.
My work focuses on finding and strengthening the self, alleviating emotional pain, overcoming the effects of trauma, and discovering untapped creativity. My goal is to provide a safe relational home for trying out new, more functional ways of being.
In working with couples my emphasis is on understanding each person's emotional needs and point of view as a way of helping the couple establish a safe and secure attachment in which trust, intimacy and emotional fulfillment can grow. Reaching out can be rewarding. Give it a try.
