I have over thirty years of experience in the field of psychology. During this time, I have gained expertise working with adolescents through late adulthood. I specialize in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Relationship Issues, and Trauma. I also have expertise in providing support and guidance for patients affected by mental illness as well as expertise working with members of law enforcement. In addition, as a displaced resident of the Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles, I am in a unique position to provide support to others affected by the recent fires.
I utilize an eclectic approach to create an individualized treatment plan specific to each patient’s needs. I rely on evidence-based treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that focuses on reshaping negative thought patters and behaviors and Humanistic Therapy that focuses on the individual’s subjective experience as well as growth.
During my life's work as a psychologist, I have had the pleasure of providing mental health services to a wide range of patients.
