I have 11 years of experience working with children, individuals and couples. I also work individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD and self-esteem issues. I am a trained systemic therapist who see individuals as part of a system. Your current issues may have a lot to do with your past. Trauma, stress and conflicts don't happen in a vacuum they happen within the framework of systems. Looking deeper at that system helps to understand context and patterns which is crucial in gaining insight.
For over a decade I worked with children, families and individuals using evidenced based therapeutic models that use family systems to effect lasting behavioral changes. Parenting Skills Group
Educating parents how to effectively communicate with their children. Help parents Identify coping skills and help their children apply those skills consistently to manage behavior. The program is designed to improve bonding and nurturing skills to enhance empathy and understanding. The parenting skills training will help divorced/divorcing parents co-parent effectively to make the transition process smooth for all parties involved.
