Were you raised in two different cultures and struggle to find where you fit in? Do you find yourself balancing your own needs with your family’s expectations? Do you wish your relationships felt more connected and understood? Often, children of immigrants can struggle to assimilate in ways that honor both themselves and their families. This journey feels even more complex for neurodivergent individuals, who may experience the world through a different lens. I am deeply passionate about bridging the gap between cultures, generations, and neurodiverse ways of being, helping clients honor every part of who they are.
I specialize in working with minority populations and neurodivergent adults, including those with autism or ADHD, who are navigating anxiety/OCD/perfectionism, depression, or PTSD. My approach integrates evidence-based treatments such as CBT, IFS, EMDR, executive function coaching, and mindfulness. I also offer psychedelic integration sessions.
I provide a safe, affirming space to explore your challenges, unmask, and embrace authenticity. Together, we’ll address intergenerational trauma and help you build a life that honors your unique needs, strengthens emotional communication, deepens relationships, and fosters a true sense of belonging. I also provide clinical supervision to LLMSWs.
