I’m a trauma therapist working with adults 18+ who are navigating the complexities of being human. I’m certified in Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy (DARTT), a modality that helps clients understand how formative relationships shape present-day functioning. I also incorporate EMDR, especially in processing trauma that feels stuck in the body or nervous system.
I especially enjoy working with fellow therapists, others in healthcare, and the LGBTQIA+ population.
My areas of interest include grief, attachment wounding, identity, and relational rupture. I bring over a decade of experience in the field of death, dying, and grief, and I specialize in working with those who feel overwhelmed by patterns of codependency, emotional unmanageability, and the lingering impact of developmental and/or relational trauma.
