Hello, I’m Mariah! I got a “late” start to this career field after serving in the United States Air Force, and realizing that I had a different calling. I can recognize that engaging in therapy can be difficult, so I strive to create a warming, safe space that allows my clients to feel welcome in processing life experiences, challenge themselves, and improve their overall well-being. I have experience providing therapy to children, adults, families and couples.
I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I also have experience working with grief, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, life transitions, postpartum experiences, and parenting skills from an evidence based, therapeutic approach.
There are many experiences and questions that life can throw at us, so I promise to work as a team in untangling some of these experiences, and welcome you in reaching your goals and objectives. I’m excited to get to know you and work together on this journey of self-discovery and healing.
