Are you unsure and nervous about starting therapy? Are you not sure how therapy works? My goal is to guide you through your therapeutic journey by being a support to you on your healing journey. I am passionate about working with young adults, 18-35 years old, pre-teens, 9-12 years old, and teens, 13-17 years old, who are dealing with anxiety and depression, PTSD, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma. I am affirming of LGBTQIA+ and provide treatment that meets clients where they are at and honors your pace.
I have a special interest in Polyvagal Theory and IFS (Internal Family Systems). I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)
The therapeutic relationship is extremely important to me. With a solid foundation, clients can feel comfortable to discuss their concerns and issues without judgement.
