Life is full of transitions and sometimes we need help navigating our journey. Sometimes we need a safe nonjudgmental space to explore and work through our concerns, feelings or life issues. Sometimes we just need a quick affirmation that we are on the right path and other times we need help finding the way. My goal is to provide a space where every individual and couple feels heard, accepted and encouraged. I want to provide a personalized approach that helps empower you to have insight, make changes, overcome your life's obstacles and find balance in your life -mind, body and spirit.
I enjoy working with adult individuals college age and up as well as couples. I have a unique blended background in health and counseling psychology which allows me to bring a unique perspective to some issues. I have over 25+ years experience working with TBI's, Student Health, EAP and private practice.
Sometimes it can be difficult to reach out and ask for help. If you are struggling or have been thinking about reaching out for help I encourage you to do so. I work with a wide range of issues including but not limited to phase of life issues, anxiety, depression, health related issues, adjustment issues, spiritual issues and marriage/relationship concerns.
