Hi, I’m Mariah. :) I help people to heal from a variety of issues, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, disordered eating, relationship issues, & more. I work with people 14 & older through telehealth, with in person services coming to Yamhill County soon! I integrate attachment therapy, CBT, Person Centered Therapy & body based work through somatic approaches, food, exercise, herbs, & supplementation to expedite the healing process. I also work as a culturally & linguistically specific services provider to the Latino/a/e community.

I focus on more than just symptoms & behaviors. I unpack the underlying issues that caused the distress you feel now, allowing for lasting freedom. I also empower you with coping skills to more quickly decrease distress while you work on the deeper issues.
