My practice is rooted in recognizing the impact of trauma, systemic barriers, and social inequities on mental health while helping individuals, families, and communities identify their strengths and capacity for growth. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued, balancing evidence-based interventions with genuine human connection.
In our first session will be focused on you, and focusing on getting to know you. Your first session will be a space for you to feel heard, supported and understood without pressure or judgement.
