Getting started with therapy and sharing your most intimate struggles can feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a non-judgmental space where we can explore what is no longer serving you. The changes you desire are possible. I work with adults and couples. Some of my specialties are relationship issues, grief, infidelity, intimacy issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relational trauma, and low self-worth. I work with clients who may be struggling with thought and behavior patterns that make them feel stuck.

I use a mix of therapy styles, including Psychodynamic, Relational, and CBT. Psychodynamic therapy unpacks how your past shapes your present, Relational improves how you connect with others, and CBT changes negative thought patterns with practical tools. I bring these approaches together inside a deeply safe, completely non-judgmental space.
