My work is grounded in Attachment Theory. I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT) and have completed EMDR basic training. I am also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and am currently pursuing certification as an EFT Supervisor.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable. My goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
