I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in cycles of intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and constant worry that can be exhausting and hard to break. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help you step out of these patterns and regain a sense of control and freedom in your daily life.
My approach is structured, practical, and evidence-based, with a focus on helping you make meaningful, lasting change.
I received specialized training in OCD and anxiety treatment at Rogers Behavioral Health in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). I have experience treating complex and severe cases of OCD and anxiety. I currently offer outpatient therapy and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) options for clients who need higher levels of support.
I treat OCD, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety, hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking (excoriation), and depression. I work with children, teens, and adults, offering both in-person and virtual therapy across Florida.

Groups
Virtual OCD/Anxiety Disorders Support Group
Every session is led by a licensed clinician with specialized training in OCD and anxiety. That means when reassurance-seeking comes up, it gets redirected. When the conversation drifts toward accommodation, someone names it. The group stays clinically grounded. Second, our groups are ERP-informed. We do not use the group to challenge OCD thoughts or debate whether obsessions are valid. We use it to reinforce the same principles that make ERP work tolerating uncertainty, resisting compulsions, and moving toward valued living. Groups is open to all adults regardless of where they reside.
