It’s my mission to help you understand where the patterns and behaviors that cause you pain and suffering originate from. We will work to rewire thought and behavioral patterns from the root so that you can find empowerment, authenticity, and joy.
It is my aim to treat each client uniquely and to compassionately work with a wide range of issues including low self-esteem, trauma, anger management, grief, interpersonal relationships, parenting, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
