If that’s you, you’re not broken- you’re caught in a pattern. I specialize in helping people identify and interrupt destructive cycles quickly. I’m an active, engaged therapist. I don’t just sit back and nod. I listen carefully, ask direct questions, and help you see what’s actually happening underneath. My style is grounded and compassionate. I believe therapy works best when there’s both emotional safety and clear structure.

I have several years of experience in community mental health and crisis work. Additionally, I have undergone extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Brainspotting.
