Sometimes life feels like it will be hard indefinitely, and it can be challenging to be vulnerable and share that experience with someone else. I recognize that, and I invite clients to therapy to allow me to share that experience with them. As a Marriage and Family Therapy State Intern, I work with individuals, couples, and families.
I work hard to create and maintain a safe space for clients to be vulnerable and explore their emotions in a way that is empowering, supportive, and non-judgmental. Using a client-centered approach, I honor and value my clients and what they bring to the therapy room.
By Integrating Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Art therapy, my clients and I work towards finding a way to make their lives more comfortable.
