My goal is to help clients increase their confidence and self-compassion, improve their ability to communicate their needs and boundaries, and learn to trust themselves as they navigate life’s challenges.
I also work with clients experiencing religious hurt, often referred to as religious trauma. This type of trauma occurs when spiritual teachings, community practices, or leaders cause emotional, psychological, or even physical harm.
