My practice specializes in helping women to overcome these challenges. In treatment, I draw from evidence-based interventions along with your perspective to collaborate on how therapy will look. Our sessions are a supportive space for you to talk, vent, and ask me questions. We learn tools to manage mental health, explore solutions, and go at your own pace.
