Through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT, I equip clients with practical tools to manage challenges and build healthy coping mechanisms. For deeper trauma healing, I also utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a well-researched therapy proven effective for treating trauma.
