For deeper trauma healing, I also utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a well-researched therapy proven effective for treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My practice welcomes both adults and adolescents (13+) seeking support on their journey towards emotional well-being.
