My goal is to promote a safe, non-judgemental environment to enhance emotional support and peace. We will openly explore personal values and fears. I will strive to guide you in healing wounds from the past or present; and empower you to prioritize authentic life choices!
I am humbled by the bravery of anyone willing to explore counseling. We will work together to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust. I utilize a person-centered approach to facilitate meaningful life changes, and healthy emotional well-being. I believe all people have the capacity to hold onto hope amidst any challenge.
