I work with teens and adults navigating Autism/ADHD, chronic illness, trauma, dissociative disorders and PTSD, as well as anxiety and depression, specifically those who struggle with perfectionistic tendencies. Believing in the body’s wisdom and the power of safety and compassion, offering care grounded in authenticity is my practice.
I work with clients in a trauma informed, bottom up approach, integrating DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems to work through a client's story or experience and bring them not only a space of healing but a space of regulation.
