I have years of experience working with adults on a variety mental health concerns. I integrate evidence-based practices to help clients successfully navigate life transitions, relationship issues, vocational concerns, identity development, post-traumatic healing, and grief. Adoption-competent therapy is a sub-specialty of mine.
